These terms of use (referred to below as "the Terms of Use") are only applicable to the website www.panasonic.eu (the “Website”) owned and operated by Panasonic Marketing Europe GmbH and its group companies and subsidiaries (referred to collectively below as "the Company"). Please note that specific pages or material on the Company's Website may have their own individual conditions. Use of such specific pages or material on the Company's Website may be subject to individual conditions as well as to the Terms of Use. In case of any conflict between any conditions of the Terms of Use and such individual conditions, the individual conditions shall prevail.

1. Copyright

1. Copyright for the Company's Website and all material appearing on it, such as text, photographs, images, music, or audio, (referred to collectively below as "content") is owned by or has been assigned or licensed to the Company.

Duplication, public transmission, modification, deletion, or reproduction on your website of content from the Company's Website without the authorisation of the copyright holder or the Company’s prohibited under copyright law, except for printing or storage for personal use, or another specific use permitted under copyright law. Trade mark and all other intellectual property rights in the banner logo belong to the Company. If the banner logo is used, it must not be modified or changed in any way whatsoever.

6. Applicable Laws and Court of Jurisdiction

1. Except where otherwise stipulated, the laws of England shall apply to the use of the Company's Website and the interpretation of the Terms of Use.

2. Except where otherwise stipulated, the Courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction over all disputes related to the Company's Website.
